1Acceptance
These terms govern the use of the website trapeziconsulting.com (English and Spanish versions), operated by Trapezi (). By browsing or submitting a form, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. The website and our services are intended for businesses, not consumers.
2Services and proposals
The website presents our Drawing Review, Mechanical Drawing, Geometry Optimization and Applied GD&T Training services (delivered live online) and add-ons. Submitting a request does not create a contract. A contract only exists once you approve the proposal sent by Trapezi, which defines scope, deliverables, price, currency, lead time and payment terms. If anything differs, the approved proposal prevails.
3Prices and lead times
Prices and lead times shown as "from" are references for low-complexity parts. Prices are shown in US dollars or euros, are fixed per project and exclude taxes, bank charges and any withholding that applies in your country, unless the proposal states otherwise. Lead times start when we have received all required information and files, and are counted in business days. Expedited delivery is an add-on, quoted according to the requested date.
4File uploads
- By uploading files, you confirm that you have the right to share them and you authorize their use only to quote and carry out your project.
- 3D models are received and delivered in STEP format. Drawings are delivered in PDF.
- Do not upload files containing malware, unlawful content or third-party data without authorization, and do not upload information subject to export-control restrictions (such as ITAR or EAR-controlled technical data) without telling us first.
5Confidentiality
Every file upload through the quote form is covered by the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement, accepted electronically before the upload. If your company prefers, we also sign its own NDA.
6Intellectual property
The texts, sample drawings, illustrations, animations, brand and logo on this website belong to Trapezi and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Sample drawings are illustrative and show fictitious parts. Rights to the deliverables of each project are transferred to the client under the approved proposal, once payment has been made.
7Design authority and professional responsibility
Trapezi provides drafting, technical documentation and engineering consulting services, based on the information and files supplied by the client. Trapezi does not act as a licensed or registered professional engineer in the client's jurisdiction and does not seal, stamp or certify any document.
All drawings, analyses and recommendations are delivered for the client's review. The client remains the design authority: it is responsible for checking, approving and releasing any deliverable for manufacturing, procurement or use, and for compliance with the codes, standards and regulations that apply to its product and its jurisdiction. Drawings are prepared in the client's title block, with the approval fields reserved for the client.
8Limitation of liability
Trapezi is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the general content of this website, for incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client, for consequences of releasing deliverables without the client's own review and approval, or for temporary unavailability of the website. To the extent permitted by law, Trapezi's liability for each project is limited to the fees paid for that project, as set out in the approved proposal.
9Acceptable use
You may not try to access restricted areas, overload the server, submit automated forms or use the website for unlawful purposes. Links to third-party websites follow the rules of those services.
10Governing law and jurisdiction
The governing law and jurisdiction for each project are set out in the approved proposal. Otherwise, these terms are governed by the law and courts of the place where Trapezi is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Questions: contact@trapeziconsulting.com.
